Best place in Okotoks for donairs and their Baklava beats out the grocery store stuff every time. The donair shop down the road is 'good'... This place is better. It never hurts to try all the donairs in town but you'll be back to Almira's if you're a donair lover, mark my words! YUM YUMMM!!

We stopped in today for the first time. We ordered a beef donair and a chicken shwarma. Both were excellent. We also ordered a Turkish coffee - highly recommended! We will be back.
Just got back from Almira's. Best service from the 4 young people preparing food and serving. Ron and Daniel are family at front of house. Great job guys!! The food was excellent with large portions so definitely a great value. Highly recommend Almira's and look forward to returning there and would have no problem taking family and friends with us!!
Best shawarma in Okotoks! Sam and the team here make a very delicious and filling wrap. The food is quite reasonably priced for how filling it is. The garlic sauce could be a bit stronger but that is a personal preference. This was my niece's first shawarma experience and she just announced that she immensely enjoyed it. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere.
We looked online to see which place in Okotoks seemed to serve the best Shawarma. Based on the review, it appeared this was the place to try. It didn't disappoint. The food was incredible, full of flavors with large portions. Both young men who looked after us were personable and very helpful. I highly recommend the lamb Shawarma.
